2004 Dodge Durango
Sizes do matter as proved by the bigger and better
2004 Dodge Durango Hemi Limited. Its bigger size both interior and exterior gives it an aura of
confidence as if nothing can stop it. The new Durango is 17-cm longer, seven cm
taller and five-cm wider than the previous dodge products towering above its closest
competitors like Explorer and Tahoe. It is even bigger than the Toyota Sequoia
and Nissan Armada. Notable change for this year is the reduction in sound levels
including wind and road noise as well as the more comfortable interiors and flashes
exteriors.
Added points are given to the second and third row seats that can be folded with
mush ease. Second row passengers can comfortably rest through the reclining seats
with built-in climate controls. Entertainment is provided by the factory-installed
entertainment system with DVD-player and wireless headphones, integrated game
ports and remote control. Amidst its size the car is still manageable even in
high speed due to its Hemi engine which is considered as the king of the class.
The 5.7 liters engine can produce a powerful 335 horsepower and 370 lb ft of torque
with almost 9,000 pounds towing capacity. Also available is the V8 4.7 liter engine
rated at 230 horsepower. .
